We are a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer and install and service Bryant heating and cooling equipment, from furnaces and air conditioners to heat pumps, boilers, thermostats, and indoor air quality products. We also install Mitsubishi systems. For repairs we are not limited to what we sell: our technicians service and repair HVAC equipment from all brands.

A repair or service call is a separate thing from an estimate, so ask our office what applies to your visit when you book.

We recommend a professional check on your furnace and a separate check on your air conditioner once a year each, ideally furnace in the fall and AC in the spring. Regular maintenance is the biggest factor in how long your equipment lasts and how well it runs between visits.

Bryant equipment carries a manufacturer parts warranty from Bryant. The exact terms depend on the model and on registration, so ask our office to confirm what applies to the equipment you are considering before you decide.

Both. Kelly Heating & Electric runs electricians alongside our HVAC crew, so one call covers heating, cooling, and electrical needs. That includes panels, wiring, fixtures, generators, and residential new-construction electrical, plus some light commercial work.

Filter size depends on your specific furnace, and we can tell you what yours takes if you are not sure. We carry standard disposable filters as well as reusable options, so ask our technician about what fits your system and budget.
